Ordering at JAWS & PAWS is easy. Placing your first order at JAWS & PAWS? Just select the items you want to shop, enter your shipping address and payment information and you are home. If you need any assistance give us a call. We would love to take your order over phone. Once your Order is successfully placed,you will receive a confirmation over email and text message from JAWS & PAWS. This mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account -> My Orders if you have placed the order on your own online.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard or Netbanking. We also accept payment via "cash on Delivery" at the time of the delivery of the product. However this mode of payment has a convenience charge associated with it.All credit card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. So no worries here! There are absolutely no hidden charges. Any octroi or sales tax is actually borne by Jabong. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.
To give you the best deals around, we occasionally issue promo coupons. It is a simple code which can be applied to get discounts. Different promo coupons are applicable on different minimum order value. In order to know the minimum order value please check the email or coupon card you received.
Your order status is updated to you via emails and SMS at every step. Once your order is placed you would receive an sms and an email with your order details. Again after your order is dispatched we send you an SMS with your tracking details. Please check your spam and old sms-es for the status of your order, if you don't see any updates. In case of any unforeseen events which delays your order you would receive a special update from our end.
Updating Account Information
To change your account information, click on "my account" next to the Welcome tab at the top of the page. Once you enter your login information you will be brought to your account page, which has a sidebar menu to the left of the screen under the heading "MY ACCOUNT". To change the way your name appears or your email address, click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says "Account Information". To change your billing or shipping address click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says "Address Book". This will bring you to your address page, where you will have the options to click on "Edit Address", "Delete Address", or "Add Address".
